ABSOLUTELY NO BAGS
Backpacks, tots, duffel bags, suitcases, etc. Are not allowed in the retail area. They must be left at the reception with the care of a staff member.
YOU MUST BE 21+ WITH A VALID ID
To buy an tobacco products for herbal, nicotine-free shisha, you must be 21+ with a valid I.D. as well.
PAYMENT OPTIONS
We accept cash, visa, master card, Discover, AmEx, debit, and apple pay contactless payment. Also, you can always buy online and pick up in store. Most online orders are fulfilled within 15 minutes or less.
RETURNS ARE VALID FOR UP TO 15 DAYS WITH RECIEPT
**We cannot refund opened shisha. Package must be unopened and untampered with.
*If a hose/hookah is opened or used, we cannot accept the return.
*Hookahs and accessories can be returned as long as they have not been used or are broken.
